
Ali Tahzibi
Universidade de São Paulo – BrazilPh.D. in Mathematics from the Associação Instituto Nacional de Matemática Pura e Aplicada (IMPA), Brazil, in 2002. Additionally, holds three postdoctoral positions: (i) at the Universidade de São Paulo, USP, Brasil. (USP, Brazil) during the period 2002-2003, and (ii) at the Universidade do Porto (UPorto), Portugal. , during the period 2005-2005, and (iii) at the Universidad de la República Uruguay, UDELAR, Uruguay.
He is currently a Full Professor at the Universidade de São Paulo, Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação, Departamento de Matemática (ICMC/USP, Brazil) and he was elected as a Senior Associate of ICTP (the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical physics) in Trieste-Italy (2022-2027).
Additionally, he held the position of Director of Graduate Program at ICMC-USP from 2010-2014 and He was the first secretary of the SBM (Brazilian Mathematical Society) from July 2013 to July 2015.
He has directed a total of 2 PhD students, 2 Master Theses, and has supervised 2 postdoctoral researchers.
He has authored/co-authored over 29 full articles in high-impact journals and has edited 1 book.
His research interests include Dynamical Systems and Ergodic Theory, working mainly on the following topics: SRB measurements, entropy, ergodic stability, partially hyperbolic systems and regularity of invariant foliations.

Márcia Federson

She is currently a Full Professor at the Universidade de São Paulo, Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação, Departamento de Matemática (ICMC/USP, Brazil) and Pro-Rector of the Sociedade Brasileira de Matemática Graduate Program.
She has directed a total of 14 PhD students, 9 Master Theses, and has supervised 4 postdoctoral researchers.
She has authored/co-authored over 62 full articles in high-impact journals and has edited 2 books.

Roland Rabanal
Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú – PeruPhD in Mathematics from the Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science, São Carlos (ICMC/USP, Brazil) in 2005. He made annual postdoctoral visits to Spain (2006) and Italy (2007-2008).
He is currently a profesor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Perú. His research area focuses on Geometry and Topology, primarily working on Ordinary Differential Equations, Dynamical Systems, and Global Analysis. He collaborated with Professor Carlos Gutierrez.

José Seade
Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México – MéxicoPh.D. in Mathematics from the University of Oxford (England) in 1980, he pursued three postdoctoral fellowships: the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in Bombay, India; the Institute des Hautes Études Scientifiques (IHES) in Paris, France; and the University of Geneva in Switzerland. Currently, he holds the position of full professor at the Institute of Mathematics at UNAM (Mexico).
He has supervised a total of 11 PhD students, 11 master’s theses, and has mentored 10 postdoctoral researchers.
He has been twice awarded the Ferran Sunyer Prize and received the Solomon Lefschetz Medal, bestowed by the Mathematical Council of the Americas.
Furthermore, he served as the president of the Mexican Mathematical Society during the 1986-1987 term. He founded the International Laboratory Solomon Lefschetz of Mathematics in Cuernavaca, Mexico, in association with CNRS in France, and served as its director from 2009 to 2022. Additionally, he held the position of director at Casa Matemática Oaxaca, and he was the director of the Institute of Mathematics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico for two terms, from 2014 to 2022.
He is author of 1 book, 3 research monographs, author of more than 74 research papers.
His research focuses on three main areas: Singularity Theory, Holomorphic Dynamics, and Foliations Theory.

Marcos Pimenta
Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio Mesquita Filho – BrazilDegree in Mathematics from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Brazil. Magister and PhD degrees in Mathematics from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, in 2008 and 2011 respectively.
He is currently Associate Professor at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho since 2012 and coordinator of the Graduate Program in Applied and Computational Mathematics at the same university.
Winner of the Bolsa de Produtividade em Pesquisa CNPq (Research Productivity Grant). In 2017 he received the Young Investigator Training Program 2017 Fellowship award, Associazione di Fondazioni e di Case di Risparmio S.p.a. of the Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo.
Reviewer of the following journals: Mathematical Reviews, Electronic Journal of Differential Equations and Boundary Value Problems.
His area of specialization is Variational Methods to study questions of existence, multiplicity and concentration of solutions of elliptic partial differential equations.

Gaetano Siciliano
Universidade de São Paulo – BrazilDoctor in Mathematics from the University of Bari, Italy. He has completed four postdoctoral research projects: (i) at the Univerdad de Granada (2008-2009), Spain, (ii) at the Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil (2010), (iii) at the Università degli Studi di Bari, Italy (2010-2012), and (iv) at the Politécnico di Bari, Italy (2021-2022).
Currently, he is an associate professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Bari, Italy. Additionally, he has institutional ties for research collaboration with the Universidade de Brasília, Universidade Federal de Goiás, and the Universidade de São Paulo.
He was also an associate professor at Institute of Mathematics and Statistics, Universidade de São Paulo, IME/USP, Brasil, 2015-2024.
His research area focuses on Nonlinear Functional Analysis, Variational and Topological Methods, Critical Point Theory, and Elliptic Differential Equations.
He is part of the editorial board of scientific journals such as the Pure and Applied Mathematics Journal and the Journal of Mathematical and Theoretical Physics. Furthermore, he reviews for over fifty prestigious scientific journals, including Mathematical Reviews from the American Mathematical Society and zbMath from the European Mathematical Society.
